I did try both methods:

Method 1 does not piece of work. my version of Windows 8 has neither command selection "cleanup-image" nor "restore health" for DISM. Method 2 also does not piece of work: same mistake when trying to delete in safe style.

Any other ideas or is this a bug in Windows 8 and I will never be able to delete those files and folders?

I would like to know if you are using WinZip on your calculator.
